Rachel works as a Controller for Arnco Technologies Trust Ltd, an oil and gas related company. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a CFO/Controller-level consultant for Now CFO. She specializes in working with small to medium-sized businesses in various industries to assist in ensuring proper financial management practices, metrics and reporting are in place. She has over two decades of experience in financial management, business strategizing, audit management and has held various leadership positions that helped teams work cohesively. Over the course of her career, she has made it a practice to align financial metrics and business practices that supports business’ strategic plans and high growth mode. Rachel holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University.
